Callouts/Technical Visits
We provide tech visits for all lift manufactures from Otis, Kone, Schindler, Thhyssenkrupp, Orona to smaller manufactures.
We carry all the necessary test tools equipment to complete in-depth fault finding analysis.
If you’re having an intermittent drive, processor, CAN bus or any other in-depth issue then be assured we can investigate and rectify the problem and if parts are required we can supply and fit in a timely manner.
Works are all completed discreetly in the name of the service provider, with full detailed reports including photos.
We offer callout cover for companies who are struggling with workloads, Technically minded engineers you can trust offering a high first-time fix rate with advice on future breakdown prevention.
Servicing
Empty service routes, engineers off work with sickness or increased workload causing you issue with completing your servicing within the committed time frame? We can help!
We provide third party servicing at a competitive price under the service providers name. We are highly professional, polite and eager to complete a thorough service whilst providing full in-depth service reports along with photographic evidence of site visits for peace of mind.
Repairs
We offer a huge range of repair services from simple minor repairs to rope/belt changes to major refurbishments. Big or small we can arrange in a timely manner or if needed we can offer urgent response repair upon agreement.
Some of our typical repairs we offer are listed below however no repair is an issue for us.
Major repairs - Reroping, rebelting, diverter/sheeve replacement, shorten ups, pump changes, valve block overhauls and much more.
Minor repairs – safety edge install/changes, door gear/motor changes, 1/5/10 year LG tests, autodialer installation, barriers, pit buffers, shoe/roller changes, guarding, guide linishing and much more.
Refurbishments
When you employ Attollo Lifts to complete a panel change/upgrade you are paying for our start to finish guarantee, competition of all snagging lists within a structured timeframe at a high standard and finishing off with a lift test in accordance to the appropriate lift standard.
The Attollo name is something to be proud off, our engineers are always looking to keep the upstanding company image.
Cleandowns / Pit Pump
We offer full shaft clean downs, pit/motor room painting and pit pump outs with all the necessary equipment on board. We offer before and after photos for client purposes.
